Important Information and Booking Conditions

European Travel Services Ltd. has contracted with independent suppliers to provide Airline services, Coach Tours, Hotel accommodation, Car rentals and other services for each holiday package.  We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury direct or consequential, in contract or in tort to property or persons resulting from any act, omission or negligence or any default by these independent suppliers, agents and subcontractors or for any additional expenses caused thereby.  By booking any of the services offered by  European Travel Services Ltd. the purchaser expressly waives any such claim for loss, damage, or injury arising therefrom. No representative of European Travel Services Ltd. or  independent contractor has the authority to modify or waive any of the terms and conditions herein.

When You Book An agreement is made between you and ETS Ltd. and others who will provide services.  Please read the information and the conditions governing the provision of these holidays.

Payments Are in US dollars. We accept Electronic Check Payment `ChecksByNet´ or Certified check, bank draft, or money order.  Payments in US dollars should be sent to our depository bank at:  European Travel Services. Chicago Bank, Seattle. Branch No 125000105. WA. 77225 USA.

Credit Cards Your signed authorization for payments by credit card allows us to process your reservation whether or not you have signed a sales draft.  In the event a that a cardholder refuses to honor a charge , ETS will cancel all booking arrangements between the cardholder and ETS.

Deposit Required. $200 US. per person.  Final Balance 45 days or more prior to departure date. Payment in full is required within 7 days after confirmation of booking..

If You Cancel.  If you cancel your booking after we have accepted it, the person who signed your booking form must send written signed instructions to us by certified mail.  We will ask you to pay cancellation charges on the scale shown below. These charges reflect our losses as a result of processing your holiday booking,  including associated business costs.* You may be able to claim under your travel insurance policy.

Flight Connections Travelers are advised to arrive at the designated airport for the connecting flights to European destinations  4 hours prior to boarding.  Flight times are subject to change without  notice. We cannot accept liability or costs arising from missed flights.

Passports & Visas You are responsible for all visas, entry, health and other requirements and any documents required by laws or regulations of countries visited.  Passengers traveling to Europe require a Passport, valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of their trip. 

Holiday & Travel Insurance We can provide health insurance & trip cancellation insurance at an additional charge. We strongly advise you obtain Holiday/Health  Insurance in the event you you are ill or find it unavoidable to cancel your holiday.

Not Included In Your Holiday Package   Airfares, unless specified. Airport taxes, passport and visa fees, insurance of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, excess baggage, optional excursions etc.  Costs and expenses incurred if you leave at your own volition, or due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government of any country visited. Does not include internal Air Transportation  within Gt. Britain.
